Abha Dasgupta is an experienced C-level executive that is passionate about SaaS, EdTech and community organizations with 25+ years of experience in corporate strategy, GTM strategy, product strategy, product management, and business operations. She has expertise as a strong entrepreneurial executive with expertise across B2C, B2B, and B2B2C organizations. Abha has worked across large publically traded companies to small to mid-size PE and private investor backed organizations. She is accustomed to rolling up her sleeves and doing what it takes to ensure the organization is successful.
Abha has led:
- Strategic planning and GTM development for SaaS FinTech payments platforms, EdTech platforms, and childcare software
- Organizational strategy sessions and business planning for EdTech, Telematics, and nonprofit organizations
- Training course creation, development plan, and initiatives for SaaS based data analytics customer training courses using engaging instructional design techniques and custom LMS
- Product development for end to end eCommerce solution
- Management of the strategic development and implementation of digital learning products for mobile and online products
- Strategic plan and business case development for 27 new and innovative products, including online courses, games, and mobile apps
- Product strategy for LMS architecture, features, user experience, created adaptive pathing in LMS and authoring capabilities
